These Terms apply to all visitors, users, subscribers, and customers who access or use FlexiSlugs.
2. Service Overview & Platform Operations
FlexiSlugs is a specialized 3D design studio offering premium print-in-place articulated 3D printable STL files and commercial selling licenses.
Our website serves as the informational, showcase, and educational hub for our models. Subscription billing, member accounts, credit allocations, and authenticated file downloads are powered through the Thangs membership platform.
3. Membership, Billing & Thangs Relationship
Membership Subscriptions: Subscribing to Member Access provides 15 model downloads each month from the entire catalog and commercial selling rights under our Commercial License Agreement.
Platform Responsibility Split: All checkout processing, recurring payment collection, invoice generation, and credit card security are managed directly by Thangs. FlexiSlugs does not collect, process, or store payment card details on flexislugs.com.
Subscription Terms: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually at the stated rate until cancelled by the user. You may cancel at any time via your Thangs account settings.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All digital files, 3D model geometries, character concepts, photographs, renders, website text, graphics, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of FlexiSlugs.
Purchasing a membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive license as detailed in our Commercial License Agreement. You do not acquire title or ownership of any digital files or designs.
5. Print Results & Equipment Variability Disclaimer
While all FlexiSlugs models undergo extensive real-world print testing across popular 3D printers (including Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, and Voron machines), 3D printing results naturally depend on individual machine calibration, bed leveling, ambient temperature, filament moisture, slicer settings, nozzle condition, and user technique.
FlexiSlugs designs are engineered for support-free print-in-place articulation under standard printing conditions; however, we do not warrant that every print will succeed without appropriate printer calibration and proper material handling.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use flexislugs.com or our assets to:
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
• Redistribute, leak, resell, or publicly host digital model files;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or disrupt our web services;
• Impersonate FlexiSlugs, our designers, or falsely claim affiliation with our brand.
7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The website and digital files are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlexiSlugs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or hardware damage resulting from your use of the website, files, or printing equipment.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and copyright laws. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation.
